Mr. Gurpreetesh S. Maini is a first generation entrepreneur. He started his career as a research analyst in investment banking in 1999 in the U.K., with Commerzbank AG. Subsequent to that he returned to India in 2002 and joined ICICI Bank. He was part of the Structured Products Group. He was part of the core team that worked to manage the Bank’s portfolio during the reverse merger. He set up the company in 2004 with a view to leverage his understanding of trading and build a professional organization with best practices in the market. He is a graduate from St. Stephens College, Delhi University. He also has a degree in M.Sc. in International Money and Banking from the University of Birmingham.

He has significant experience in the area of Banking, FDI entry & exit route, ODI, and FEMA Compliances. His core area is Fund Management, carrying business negotiations on behalf of clients with the Bank and Financial institutions across the Globe. He has been advising as a financial consultant for over 20 companies that are working in the area of Trading, Manufacturing, and Export-Import. He has been working for the company as a consultant overseeing compliance and audit for various authorities.

Mr. Suman Kumar Jha

Mr. Suman Kumar Jha has been with the organization since the inception in the Year 2005. He has supported the growth of the company with his extensive understanding in the field of Finance. His role has been to coordinate with the banks as well as look after all finance-related issues of the company.

His previous experience has been with one of the largest Law Publisher in India Universal Law Company Private limited. Prior to that, he worked in the same role with an Inborn Tour Company called Exotic Tours Private Limited.

His Academic qualification is B. Com. Hons. From LMNU in 1998.

Mr. Amit Kumar

Mr. Amit Kumar joined the company in 2011. He is associated with providing back-office support to the operations with respect to the logistics involved with the operations of the company. He looks after the documentation associated with all trades operations of the company. Mr. Kumar is a graduate from Meerut University and also holds a diploma in Hardware and Networking from NICE Computer Center Rohini (Delhi) and a Certificate of CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) from IANT Rohini (DELHI).

He looks after the documentation associated with all trade’s operations of the company. Mr. Yogesh Kumar is a graduate from Delhi University and also holds a diploma in Automobiles from Industrial training institute(Delhi)

Sailed on various types of vessels, managed every kind of vessel which includes very complicated vessels such as dynamic position, LNG, LPG & OBO. Also successfully built 2 Suez max size OBO s in Hyundai shipyard. In-depth knowledge of risk management, techno-commercial projects, etc. Owned operated vessels and also headed southeast Asia for a very renowned classification society. Headed many companies such as Cargill’s shipping arms technical department, Established Bernhardt a Schulte, and Ashapura Shipping.
